Description Our client in Martin County is offering an exciting opportunity for an Office Operations Administrator. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of our firm and providing comprehensive support to our Leadership and Project Teams. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and handle communication with clients and vendors.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage schedules for maintenance teams and vendors, ensuring smooth daily operations Act as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, handling communication related to job scheduling, quotes, and approvals Provide timely updates to our teams and clients regarding job progress and vendor performance Manage and organize client and vendor documents, including uploading subcontractor agreements, certificates of insurance, and compliance reports Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports to track job progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and assess team/vendor performance Assist in the administrative and operational integration of acquisitions of other similar companies Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account statusRequirements Proven experience in a similar role for a minimum of 5 years Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Familiarity with project management and organization Strong skills in scheduling management and administrative assistance Experience in handling maintenance requests and managing vendor relationships Ability to design and manage data workflows Experience in document and database management Capable of preparing KPI reports and progress reports Knowledge and experience in emergency preparedness High level of discretion and confidentiality.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
