Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Florida provides programs and services for children and families in the foster care system whose needs may extend to child with Intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Based out of Pembroke Pines, FL, this position is responsible for providing both direct and indirect behavior analysis and behavioral programming services to clients. Responsibilities include the development of an individualized behavioral program and master treatment plan for all assigned clients. This role will work within a multidisciplinary team to review the client's treatment, goals, progress and future needs.Keywords: behavior specialist, behavior analyst, applied behavior analysis, ABA, BCaBA, Autism, intellectually and developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, non-profitQualificationsEducation:

Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Mental Health, Social Work, Rehabilitation, Special Education, or Human Services field required.

Experience:

1+ years working with children with developmental disabilities and behaviors

Other Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or over

Valid driver's license in the state of FL in good standing
