Seeking experienced full time payday loan collection agency office manager.
Office has been closed due to Covid-19.
Need a manager who can review resumes, perform background checks, hire, and train quality and compliant employees to fill the small office in an expedited fashion.
Manager must be capable of conducting and documenting disciplinary actions including write ups, suspension and termination with a professional demeanor and in accordance with company policy and compliance laws.
Manager's hours are 8:30 am - 6:00 p.m.; Monday - Friday; no exceptions. We are only closed on some major holidays.
Manager must have reliable transportation and no interfering responsibilities.
Manager must be able to maintain the office without being micromanaged.
Manager must micromanage collectors and be the sole support to the collectors at all times.
Manager is responsible for creating the collectors lunch and break schedules.
Manager must be willing to adhere to company rules and policies.
Manager must be willing to be on the phone with the collectors and close calls for collectors as needed. This is not a stand and watch position. If you do not know how to collect, please do not apply for this position.
This is a performance based position; therefore, only serious and responsible candidates need apply.
Opportunity may be available for independent partnership (based on total office performance) at owner's discretion following the initial 6 months period, terms and conditions apply.
