I am looking for a GC to partner with on 2 45,000 sq ft buildings i build across the US. No mystery here. Have built many of the same structure. 2 stories with a restaurant on roof being the 3rd floor.
Structural steel frame, Plaster exterior, furniture gallery. I have my own concrete, structural, people that do all our work. We do our own Architectural, and MEPs, all registered in all 50 states. Takes 9-10 months build time.
Projects are in Jacksonville, and Aventura, FL
