PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD BEFORE RESPONDING. I need a laborer/ handyman who can clean out a rental house, do interior painting, cut grass/weed eat, pick up trash, change door locks, pressure wash, cut up down trees, wash cars, etc. MUST HAVE RELIABLE (which doesn't mean you can get a ride), MUST be dependable.
This week, July 21st, we will be working on a project located out of town at:

We will be on the job site the whole week. I am looking for 1 to 2 more guys to add to my crew.
Offering $20 per hour cash. So that's 3 pictures. DO NOT TEXT ME ANY QUESTIONS/COMMENTS/INTRODUCTIONS UNTIL AFTER YOU HAVE TEXT ME THE PICTURES REQUESTED. Following these instructions in this ad are very important. Must be capable of purchasing minor materials (under $50) when requested and wait till Friday (pay day) to be reimbursed (week 1 I won't be asking you to buy anything and this is rarely requested but I don't want to have to come find you a couple of weeks into your employment to give you money to buy a light bulb or paint brush). If you don't walk around on a daily basis with a few bucks in your pocket, you are not the right guy for me. The employer is a highly reputable law firm / property management company. I'm willing to pay good money for zero headaches!

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED to keep employer updated extremely regularly as to job status via text (which means you MUST have a working cell phone) including but not limited to texting employer each and every time you move locations/ arrive at new location. Example-1) Leaving Chenango street job boss, headed to Home Depot to pick up paint brush, roller and garbage bags,2) arrived at Home Depot boss,3) leaving Home Depot, headed back to Chenango street job,4) arrived back at Chenango street job, resuming work. In other words every time you turn your truck key you text me an update when "you're on the clock". You will also need to be capable of sending pictures of the job as requested (so the camera on your cell phone must work).
