RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Jacksonville, FL.
Summary:
One of our top clients is looking for a Business Analyst to coordinate and facilitate work across cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations and other key business partners), for the purpose of eliciting detailed business requirements and Agile user stories.
Responsibilities:
Document requirements using standardized templates including business rules, business process flows, use cases and test cases
Partner with technology teams through requirements gathering, execution of Proof of Concepts, design, and with testing teams through QA and UAT to ensure end product meets requirements
Coordinate and facilitate work across cross-functional teams (Product, Technology, Operations, compliance, financial crime, analysis and other key business partners), for the purpose of eliciting detailed business requirements
Schedule meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to obtain subject matter expert input and drive out product features and functionality
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years business analysis experience specifically in the field of business requirements development for banking products and services
Experience developing business requirements in support of Treasury Management products and services (i.e. Liquidity Management, Accounting, Payments, FX, Risk)
Knowledge of full SDLC. Exposure to Agile methodology is a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas to diverse business and technical audiences
Proficiency with MS Office software products including MS Project, Power Point, Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint
Experience and knowledge of International Payment products; Swift Payments MT103, 202 - 1 or more projects in related areas; Nostro Clearing and Settlement
Foreign Exchange and Money Market trades is a plus
Prior experience with any Core banking system (i.e. Bank-in-a-box) is a plus
Prior experience of Agile software development as a SRCUM master or Product Owner is a plus
Prior experience of JIRA application
Basic knowledge of accounting in banking
Account services - DDA/MCA
Flow charting experience - Visio is a must; iGraphix is a plus
Process oriented thinking and approach is important - ability to break down into step-by-step flow
Experience in writing Agile User stories and Epics is a must
UX development for Reporting tool is a plus
