JOB ROLE: Desktop Support/IT SupportLOCATION: Jacksonville, FLINTERVIEW: Phone/SkypeDURATION: Full Time Job Description: Provide IT helpdesk and desk side support Take ownership of assigned tickets Ex: Remedy or any other ticketing tool. Experience using Active Directory. Experience with MS Office Suite 2007, 2010, 2016, Office 365. Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptop and other computer peripherals hardware problems as well as desktop applications. Basic knowledge of networking Support ( LAN & WAN).
