PROJECT COORDINATORJacksonville, FLSeeking a Project Coordinator for an immediate career opportunity with one of the most prestigious medical device/manufacturing companies in the country.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide overall operation support and project coordination to the manufacturing team

Oversee temporary part storage area for 4GT Line 55.

Track part locations and issue parts to installation team to support a published schedule.

Inventory control and logistics experience.

Maintain prioritized tracking list of all WIP.

Assist with Budget preparation.

Confirm allocated funding, on PO, available, invoiced, and planned invoicing.

Synchronize with Ariba/SAP/finance.

Present allocation percentages, year-to-year changes, and other metrics.

Submit legal agreement requests through Request Navigator and purchasing requests through eMarketplace.

Minimize input needed from engineers.

Secure necessary procurement, Totality, bid waiver, etc. approvals.

Review drafts and requisitions for accuracy including tax and importing.

Follow up with legal, PO approvers, document signers, etc. to ensure rapid action.

Bring justification/explanation when requesting signatures.

If necessary and permitted, draft simple agreements from templates to expedite processing.

Resolve invoice mismatches, invoicing issues, payment questions from vendors, credits/refunds, etc.

Keep process and procedures documentation updated.

Proactively identify and address expiring agreements.

Plan for upcoming organizational changes to ensure no delays to projects/vendors. Train on new systems.

Secure next year’s funding and submit SOW’s and PRs early to avoid interruption of work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar discipline required

2-5 years of Project Support and Coordination experience required, ideally within an Engineering environment

Additional experience in accounting and/or working with contracts highly desired

Previous experience working with external vendors or suppliers desired

Strong MS Office experience, most importantly Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups)

Must have technical skills and be willing to easily learn new systems

Excellent communication and customer service skills required
