POSITION PURPOSE
Under the guidance of the Sales Supervisor, the Sales and Service rep is responsible for maintaining and improving the sales and customer service levels for their assigned accounts.
The associate will be responsible for working with all necessary internal and external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes, as needed.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
50% Follow open issues through to resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
20 % Daily execution within Excel, Outlook and SalesForce.
15% Establish and maintain a relationship with all internal partners and with each customer
10% Escalate problems to the attention of management as appropriate.
5% Access inventory needs and availability.

Environment :
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel :
Typically requires overnight travel
