RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Transaction Processing to join their team remotely. This team provides support in a niche market - online transaction processing, AKA debit/credit transaction processing. This is a critical role to fill for IST/Switch SaaS Azure Cloud Team.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience supporting a high availability publicly facing product with 24/7 uptime and 99.9%+ SLA
Experience working in Payments/Banking industry
Experience supporting Financial/Banking systems specifically in OLTP and Transaction Processing (POS, Digital Payments)
Experience in Payments Transaction Processing Switching applications (IST/Switch)
Adherence to PCI/DSS Security standards
Familiar with:
Programming Languages: C/C, Java, Shell Scripting, Perl, etc.
Operating System: RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux), MS Windows
Database: Oracle, MS SQL
IST Switch, IST MAS & Clearing, or ISO8583 message structures
Card Network Messaging Specification Standards: ISO8583/87, 93 & 20002, VISA, MasterCard
Nice to have:
Database knowledge
Oracle knowledge
