In 2017, we launched Web Development Fellowship @ Fullstack Academy in partnership with NYC Tech Talent Pipeline, to offer a tuition-free version of our flagship Web Development Immersive to eligible New Yorkers.DESCRIPTIONAs a University Program Director at Fullstack Academy, you will own the growth and health of a Fullstack Academy university partner bootcamp. This position will manage operations for the University of North Florida bootcamp, engaging with students and instructional staff to ensure an exceptional student experience. You’ll also be the face of the program to the local community, building our brand with potential students. And you’ll be the liaison between Fullstack Academy’s leadership, our internal teams, and our university and community partners.This role reports directly to our Head of University Programs and collaborates remotely with our Fullstack Academy headquarters in New York. Oversee day to day activities of our Jacksonville university partner location, to ensure we are delivering on our brand promise of an exceptional learning experience
Manage classroom satisfaction, measure student engagement, and guide/coach students to ensure they successfully complete their course
Manage classroom reservations, instructional staffing, and operational logistics
Measure and report key course metrics on a monthly basis
Student Experience (Satisfaction Surveys)
Graduation Rate
Host and run local marketing events, including information sessions
Develop and foster relationships with local community organizations to build brand awareness
Implement a feedback loop with centralized Fullstack teams to improve all aspects of the university program
Work with Finance team to ensure all staff and other payments are made and on a timely basis.
Help locate space and negotiate rental agreements when appropriate, for hosting and running classes.
Serve as the escalation point of contact for students, staff, partners, and alumni regarding the university program
Responsible for interacting with key relationships within their region, including university and community partners
Attend class events, demo days, and class launches.
