We are a family owned restaurant that has been open for 15 years. We are looking for a line cook/sous chef for the kitchen. You will work side by side with the executive chef who is French trained and has been a chef for over 30 years. You will need to have previous experience in the kitchen with basic knife skills. We are a scratch kitchen which means that all our stocks and sauces are made from scratch and we do not use anything that comes in a can. It is lunch full-time position Tuesday-Saturday 9-3 everyday(off Sundays and Mondays). Pay is based on qualification ranging $12-$15 an hour which will be discussed in person.
