A growing and extremely busy ENT practice is looking to hire full-time Medical Assistant. Applicants should have the following qualifications:
3-5 years professional experience as a Medical Assistant
Individual must be capable of carrying out the duties of patient care in a Medical Assistant role including triage, vitals, prior authorizations, patient follow-up calls, medical records, and assist providers with procedures and assessments.
The individual must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
Clinical Skills
Effective Communication
Problem-Solving
Detail Oriented
Good Typist (40-50 wpm)
Good Computer Skills
Familiar with EMR Systems
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to travel to various locations
Bi-lingual a plus
Hours: 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM or from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (one hour for lunch)
