JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for acquiring properties for the company by negotiating with what we purchase, and at what price. This includes frequent phone, text, and email communication as well as in person meetups with clients. In addition to building rapport with our clients, the Licensed Director of Acquisitions is responsible for setting appointments and showing properties within the area.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Active Licensed Realtor in Florida
- 1+ Years of Sales Experience
- Pride for Punctuality
- Computer Literacy
- Exceptional Phone Etiquette
- Type 35 WPM

RESPONSIBILITIES

PAY STRUCTURE
- 100% Commission - 1099 Position
