Project Overview:
This resource will be support a large ERP project for an Oracle implementation. The project is currently slated for two years but could extend longer as there are 175 deliverables that need to be reviewed and then implemented. This Senior PM will help deploy the formal sourcing items of the procurement side and enterprise contracts.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Will manage one of the aspects of the Oracle implementation (formal sourcing, HR & Payroll, contract management, fixed assets, etc.). This is a very fluid project so they will most likely jump around and end up managing multiple pieces throughout the project duration. This resource won't directly manage team members but more so manage the expectations of what the team members need to deliver on.
Because of that they need this PM to be very hands-on to take on a few different responsibilities: BSA work, vendor management, work through raid log, make sure all risks and action items are identified, etc.
