The Acquisitions Support Specialist places outbound cold calls to new potential clients to find what they want and qualify them to support the Outside Sales team member. As the first contact, it is the responsibility of this position to develop a rapport with the client, cultivate the lead and set the appointment. The Acquisitions Support Specialist also provides back-up for the Real Estate Sales Support Specialist. This helps to ensure a smooth acquisition and sale of the property.
