Job Description
SNI Technology is currently recruiting for a Serivce Desk Technician role for a great local client on the south-side of Jacksonville, FL. This opportunity is targeting around $40k-$45k for a yearly salary.

The Service Desk Technician provides direct computer support to the end users to ensure the efficiency and quality of business operations. Supports both onsite and remote end users.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in a computer related field.
• Equivalent work experience considered in lieu of certification or degree.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in an IT Support role or technology-oriented support environment.
• A+ Certifcation preferred
• Great communnication and interpersonal skills

• Microsoft Office applications.
• Micrsoft/Windows OS troubleshooting.
• Application/Software support.
• Experience with PC maintenance and repair.
