Thank You for your interest in Ocean Key Resort & Spa! We are looking for a positive, self-motivated individual to join our staff as a full-time Bell/Valet Attendant.
What you'll be doing:
Acknowledges, welcomes and departs all guests/visitors arriving to/from the hotel, providing assistance with guests' luggage/vehicles.
Qualifications:
1. Flexible schedule preferred - need a member on the team who can work nights and weekends
2. Valid FL driver's license. Clean driving record. Drive all types of vehicles.
3. Fluency in English
4. Provide legible communication and directions.
5. Compute basic arithmetic.
6. Ability to:
Perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
prioritize and organize.
be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgment.
follow directions thoroughly.
understand guest's service needs.
work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
work with minimal supervision.
maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
