We are seeking an Engineering Manager with experience delivering exceptional service.
The Engineering Manager will be responsible to supervise the day-to-day repairs and maintenance for the resort.
Responsibilities:
⢠Assist in the hiring, training, supervision, scheduling, counseling, and evaluation of performance
⢠Ensure proper execution of work order/request system and that items are followed up on when necessary.
⢠Implement preventive maintenance schedules, policies and rules to ensure an efficient department.
⢠Must have experience on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
Qualifications:
⢠Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
⢠Minimum 4 years of engineering experience in a hotel/resort
⢠Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
⢠Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
⢠Must possess basic computer skills.
⢠Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other departments, guests, and vendors.
⢠Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
