What you'll be doing:
Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors.
What it Takes:
Essential Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
Compute basic arithmetic.
Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.
Provide legible communication and directions.
Award-winning attitude and personality.
Enjoy offering top-notch hospitality.
Must enjoy multi-tasking and helping all guests.
Desirable Qualifications:
Previous Front Desk experience strongly preferred.
Experience with SMS Property Management System a plus.
Previous experience processing payments and cash handling.
