Marlin Bay Resort and Marina in Marathon is currently looking for an experienced general maintenance person to join our team. We are a luxury vacation rental community located at mm 49.5 in Marathon.
Your primary duties will focus on preventative maintenance for our homes, buildings, equipment and grounds. Working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, kitchen equipment, etc. is required. You will also be responsible for maintaining electrical equipment such as compressors, circulation pumps, filters, outlets, and thermostats. Must be reliable, have a good work ethic, excellent customer services skills and able to work on your own as well as part of a team. Valid Florida Driver's License required.
