We are seeking a full-time HVAC Technician for AM shifts at Margaritaville Key West Resort.
HVAC Technician will be responsible primarily for repair and maintenance of PTAC, refrigeration equipment, and residential A/C.
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responds to engineering and maintenance concerns.
Performs and/or monitors maintenance and preventative maintenance projects.
Responds to building related safety concerns.
Maintains departmental compliance with hotel maintenance procedures.
Supports departmental maintenance programs and executes daily, weekly and monthly checklists.
Assist management in specifying proper supplies and equipment.
Maintains public spaces, and back of the hotel areas in good repair by performing tasks including plumbing, electrical, air conditioning to ensure an attractive and well-maintained property.
Must possess knowledgeable of basic hand/power tool operation.
5 years plus experience preferred
