We are seeking a full-time Manager in Training position at Sunset Key Cottages.
For this position, we will work with each person on an individual basis every step of the way to insure that professional long-term goals are reached. We pride ourselves on a very successful manager-in-training (MIT) program. This customized program is designed to give participants an active, hands-on role in many departments, allowing them to understand the overall operation of an entire property.
Skills and requirements:
Graduates with a major in Hospitality.
Demonstrated work experience and internships in hospitality industry.
Optimal candidates understand the time, flexibility, commitment, positive attitude and passion it takes to be successful in this rewarding industry.
