Island Grill is looking for experience staff to join our team. Candidates must be able to work night, weekends and holidays; Part time and full time positions available.
Assistant Managers Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in high volume.
Most have strong leadership Skills and abilities.
Ability to manage, lead, train, and develop people.
Strong communication skills.
Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.
Must be outgoing, personal, and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality.
Professional Servers- Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining, high volume. Must be able to lift at least 30 lb. Bi-lingual is a plus. Experience in wine and fine food a plus.
Food runners and Expo Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Experienced Bartenders Minimum 1 years experience. Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs. Mixology experience a plus.
Bussers Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Host/Hostess Minimum 1 year experience. Must be willing to learn.
Hot and Cold Kitchen Cooks: Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Dishwashers Minimum 1 year experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
