We are seeking a Full-time PM Line Cook position in our restaurant Bistro 245 at Margaritaville Key West Resort & Marina.
As a Line Cook, you would be responsible for assisting the executive chef in all aspects of the food production for banquets, including food preparation. The Line Cook should be able to take charge of preparing the food items, fry and/or stations or other areas in the kitchen. He/she is also responsible for cleaning and maintaining the station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
