Registered Behavior Technician job responsibilities include:

Administer Applied Behavior Analysis therapy following provided guidelines

Collect clinical information and maintain records, while maintaining confidentiality

Put in place Behavior Intervention and Individual Treatment plans under BCBA supervision

Help create and maintain instructional and clinical documents

Acknowledge and maintain oversight over physically combative situations

Keep all areas and materials clean, sanitized and organized

Direct all questions from clients and guardians to applicable staff; pass along information to clients/guardians

Registered Behavior Technician required skills & qualifications include:

H.S. diploma; four-year degree a plus

Current DL and private insurance

RBT certified or able to acquire certification before caring for clients

Willing to keep all certifications current

Physically able to follow all Behavior Intervention Plan procedures regarding physical aggressive clients

Ability to organize and act on multiple activities concurrently, as required by client treatment plans

Flexibility to work independently with clients, in addition to working as a part of the larger team

Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; Medicaid credentialed preferred
