We are a family friendly, Key Largo Boutique resort looking to do new start up in Cleaning for Vacation rental/residential/ office house keeping/ Cleaning company and we're looking for cleaners, staff and Managers. We will pride ourselves on treating our staff with respect and having their best interest at heart.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to all of our clients. We feel that if we put our coworkers first then they will provide amazing service to our clients. We use as many green products as we can.

Pay is based on reviews from our customers/guest, if you do a great job you will get great pay. You Start with a base per Room, Cottage, Vacation rental,House or Office.

You must be able to speak fluent English.

You must have reliable transportation in order to get to work.

We do not allow smoking during our regular work day of 7:45-5/5:30

We provide training to all of our staff members. If you think you have what it takes to be a member of management you must have management experience and a professional cleaning back ground.

We can teach anyone how to clean the right way but we ask that you must have a good work ethic and common sense in order to succeed within our company.

Job Descriptions:

Keep all facility in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing trash.

Primary Responsibilities

Clean facility floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming.

Clean and dust facility fixtures and equipment as per a detailed task list.

Maintain and complete washing of linens and towels.

Gather and empty trash in assigned areas.

Service, clean, and supply.

Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.

Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.

Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.

Mix detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.

Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.

Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.

Responsibilities Management

Manage/ cleaners Check, rooms, vacation rentals,

Check-in/check-out guests courteously and efficiently

provide information and assistance to guests.

Provide excellent guest service and problem resolution.

Follow checklists, run reports,

Handle cash and other payments,

Make reservations via incoming phone calls / emails and walk ins,

process online reservations.

Qualifications Management

Essential:

1. High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.

2. Compute basic arithmetic.

3. Fluency in English both verbally and non-verbally.

4. Provide legible communication and directions.

Must have excellent interpersonal skills; effective communication.

Must be very detailed oriented and have a professional demeanor.

Customer service experience and computer skills are required.

Must have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays. (Position Ha floating days off)

Works closely with the housekeeping department in the keeping facility's clean, status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair works.

Sales-minded.

Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.
