Looking for a reliable and trustworthy candidate for a part-time
20-30 hour week maintenance opportunity Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.
Must know how to do general labor around a luxury rental condo property.
This includes basic household repairs and grounds-keeping.
Must be able to lift 5 to 50 lbs regularly. Must be comfortable using a ladder.
This is a support role, and you'll be joining our experienced Maintenance man.
Intermediate experience preferred, but not necessary. Will hire the right person.
Opportunity to become full-time if deemed competent.
