Front Desk Agent (AM)

The Front Desk (AM) Agent will report to the Manager on Duty.
Job Overview
The job of the Front Desk (AM) involves providing outstanding service to guests and patrons. In addition to this, the Front Desk ensures that staff performs all duties assigned to them, which assists in the overall presentation and guest satisfaction of Casa Morada guests.
Responsibilities and Duties
Open the Front Office precisely at 7 AM
Prepare Property Attendant and Housekeeping Report and assigns duties
Prepare all paperwork for departures and arrivals of guests
Answer Phones, take Reservations Receive and respond to Emails in a professional and timely manner
Respond to Concierge requests by coordinating and booking; fishing trips, massages, boat trips, dinner reservations, and various activities around the keys.
Input and Update Reservations and Guest Profiles
Keep the Reception area neat and tidy
Qualifications
Exhibit excellent customer service skills and have an outgoing personality. Must be able to work well under pressure and maintain a smile, as well as exhibit excellent problem-solving skills.
Must be a very punctual, a responsible person as well as a team player.
1 to 2 years in Hospitality and/or a professional office setting.
Must have a vehicle and valid Drivers License
Proficient Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge of RoomMaster is a plus
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
Fluent in English (Reading, Writing and Spoken) Ability to speak basic Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge of the Florida Keys, its restaurants and activities a plus.
