Construction office looking for a qualified, dependable office assistant

Strong attention to detail and organized
Proficient internet skills
Strong communication skills, proficient typing skills and experience with Microsoft office - Word, Excel and Outlook.
Job Duties will include general office tasks such as – Customer service, answering phones and emails, communicating with clients and staff, maintaining files, typing correspondences and contracts, organizing permit packages, providing administrative support, etc.
