Local, established construction company looking for a Professional Office Assistant to join the team.
Responsibilities include communicating with clients and staff, answering phones and emails, maintaining files, typing correspondences and providing administrative support.
The best candidate will be organized, energetic, have a positive attitude and willing to provide excellent customer service. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, proficient internet and typing skills and experience with Microsoft office - Word, Excel and Outlook. Necessary skills also include meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage time.
Previous office experience is preferred.
