Customer Service/Administrative Assistant (Key Largo)

Unique Marine located in the beautiful Key Largo area has an opening for a full-time clerical position.

Hours are Monday - Friday 9 - 5 PM

One Saturday per month 9 - 1 PM

We are searching for someone with strong organizational skills, initiative, and thorough knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. You must be on time and comfortable communicating with staff, vendors, and customers over the phone, in person, and via email. The ideal candidate will be very detail oriented and will take ownership of and follow through on tasks until completion. Experience at a dealership or in a parts department is helpful but not mandatory. A desire to provide excellent customer service is required. If you have a positive attitude, work with accuracy and efficiency, and are willing to go the extra mile to help your customers and your teammates, we want you to join us!
