Key West Pearl co. d/b/a/ Conch Jewelers a leading high end retail jewelry business in Key West for the past 23 years has immediate full time positions available for individuals with the following qualifications and responsibilities.
Previous experience in high end retail jewelry sales highly preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to build a professional rapport with customers.
Strong negotiation skills.
Eagerness to learn.
A professional appearance a must.
Greet customers and identify their needs.
Direct customers to merchandise within the store.
Solve customer concerns.
Achieve established goals while increasing in store sales.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
Take daily inventory, and restock merchandise as needed.
