Condominium Association has openings for security officers interested in working steady schedules PART TIME
Afternoon and overnight positions available, no mornings available at this time.
Open available positions in Key Largo for Gate House guard.
Valid D license
Strong communication and report writing skills, professional authoritative demeanor, initiative, active, detail oriented, and good attitude. Must be responsive by phone during the week, must be able to stay awake and alert during night shifts.
Responsibilities:
Guard will control access to entrance of condominium association. Guard duties are to be alert, attentive, and know the post procedures after training. Duties typically include parking area patrol, perimeter patrol, gatehouse/lobby access, or car patrol.
Spanish Language skills a plus but not required at many of our locations
Communication is very important
Consistently able to show up when scheduled is required
