We are currently seeking an Overnight Security Manager to oversee four hotels in Key West, Florida. Our ideal candidate will be able to work independently but also manage a team of security personnel. Additional requirements below.

Fundamental Requirements:
⢠Manage and monitor activities of all overnight employees making sure they adhere to standards and to the guidelines set in the employee handbook, hotel policies and procedures, coaching, training and correcting where needed.
⢠Act as the manager on duty for all 4 hotels by handling guests' complaints, problem solving, disturbances, special requests and any other issue that may arise.
⢠Manage the overnight shift ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them.
⢠Must actively participate in the decision making progress on guest relocation for night when overcapacity, execute accordingly and ensure a smooth relocation process.
⢠Be aware and able to enforce all fire-life-safety procedures. Remain current in all updates with regards to new procedures and training. Ensure night staff is fully trained in emergency procedures.
