Seeking a Receptionist/Back office personnel for a busy cardiology practice. Applicant will be responsible for multiple duties including but not limited to:
Check-in/out patients
Verify patients insurance
Obtain prior authorizations
Answer phone calls and/or take messages
Collect patient copays, coinsurance, and deductibles
Scan patient records into EMR
Confirm patient appointments and leave messages accordingly
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment but is EXTREMELY fast paced so a quick learner is REQUIRED.
TRAVEL:
This position may require travel to and from the ORLANDO office and the DAVENPORT office. This can be discussed during the interview.
