We are a Plumbing and HVAC company in the Golden Triangle are of Lake County and we are looking for a Plumbing Auto Cad Designer! This is a full-time position working at our corporate office, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. We are looking for someone who uses Auto Cad to engineer and design plumbing systems, detail drawings, assembles drawings, sketches and diagrams. Detail to include all views and dimensions necessary for system installation. Makes copies of drawings and maintains information regarding changes to the project. Makes most decisions in reference to design. Solid understanding of the plumbing code, drafting techniques and familiarity with Engineering terminology. Mechanical aptitude with ability to complete basic mathematical calculations. Familiarity of CAD equipment and relationship of CAD. If this candidate has knowledge of BIM and Revit it would be an added benefit.
