You will be a person able to and enjoy multitasking,and an individual who knows what loyalty and commitment is all about and want to be involved in the team,you will be honest,prompt and have proven experience in accounting/bookkeeping.
Part time hours 5 mornings or 3 days

Duties will include: accounts receivable and accounts payable for various business segments (retail stores, service routes, and equipment maintenance); assisting managers with cost control, inventory control, and preparing monthly, yearly, and ad hoc financial reports for managers and owners; payroll activities including federal and state reporting and federal tax deposits; payment of state sales tax; monitoring subcontractor insurance compliance; company insurance/WC audits; routine accounting activities, and general ledger accounting activities.
Proficiency in Quickbooks Enterprise Contractors Edition required, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, ability to stay focused and calm in busy office/store environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
