Part time hours 5 mornings or 3 days

Duties will include: accounts receivable and accounts payable for various business segments (retail stores, service routes, and equipment maintenance); assisting managers with cost control, inventory control, and preparing monthly, yearly, and ad hoc financial reports for managers and owners; payroll activities including federal and state reporting and federal tax deposits; payment of state sales tax; monitoring subcontractor insurance compliance; company insurance/WC audits; routine accounting activities, and general ledger accounting activities.
Proficiency in Quickbooks Enterprise Contractors Edition required, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, ability to stay focused and calm in busy office/store environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
