Finance Manager / Frontline Sales Manager: Car Dealership
We are a busy used car and truck dealership, with two dealerships in both the Winter Haven and Auburndale vicinity.
We are looking for an experienced Sales / Finance Manager to be our frontline person at our Winter Haven location.
Summary of Position Details:
Develop an in-depth understanding of our current car inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase
Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of extended warranties and a complete explanation of dealership procedures and policies
Maintaining hard-copy files accurately and efficiently
Maintaining accurate records in DealerCenter and our own digital files
Work with our marketing team to grow our customer base and to make daily posts and deals
Setting up the sales lot in the morning, and making sure lot is secure before EOD
Experienced working with finance companies and other lending institutions
Work with our Finance Manager, maintaining sales agreements that benefit the company as well as the Customer
Be intuitive; know how to utilize our attractive cash deals on used vehicles to our interested customers
Other day-to-day requests and duties pertaining to same
Skills and Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Apps
Experience with DealerCenter (or otherwise compatible)
Experience with sales, contracts, and working with financial lenders
Works well with co-workers, financial vendors, and the public
Dependable Monday through Saturday
