I/S provides the information technology required for all Publix business units including retail stores and all office and warehouse environments. The Publix I/S mission is to maximize the value of information technology to Publix associates and customers. The Financial Applications Team is seeking an SQA Analyst who will be responsible for planning testing efforts and executing on small to large enterprise level applications by translating functional requirements, project documentation, release notes into test requirement and scenarios. Additional responsibilities will include developing and executing automated/manual test cases for regression, develop and execute load/performance testing and coordinate with development teams for test planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will be experienced playing a QA role in a scrum/agile team, working with developers, requirements analysts, cross-functional teams, and QA testers, coordinating the testing work among them. The candidate is expected to become knowledgeable on assigned applications, to be able to analyze enhancements and new features; and validate system changes meet acceptance criteria standards.
