The Batcher (Pre-mixer) is responsible for preparing and mixing of appropriate ingredients required for various food products. The Batcher will be trained during 1st shift (5:30AM - 2PM) and transition to the 2nd shift (11:30AM- 8PM)
Job Duties :
Follow a calculation for premix/post-mix operations based upon number of cases and tanks scheduled for production of each shift.
Mix and blend ingredients to create various batches.
Set equipment parameters for operation Perform quality checks as required.
Perform sanitation.
Inventory and control ingredients Receive, monitor and control.
Maintain records.
Requirements:
Must have great Math skills
Must be detail oriented
Must have great attendance record
Must have flexible schedule
Pay Range - $12
