Production Manager (Haines City)

This is a multi-faceted position that requires a high level of attention to detail. The purpose of this position is to establish a link from the office to the field in effort to provide superior customer service while staying within predetermined job costs.
Job Duties:
Provide estimates from blue-prints / take-offs.
Maintain current job schedule
Review and assess each job prior to scheduling to provide material / parts list and order material accordingly. In some cases this will require traveling to the job-site to provide accurate measurements of materials needed.
Oversee deliveries of material to warehouse and provide material quality check.
Communicate and over-see job schedule to the work-force.
Maintain warehouse inventory and company equipment for loss prevention.
Organize "job boxes" and materials prior to each job's schedule date.
Log material in and out as jobs are sent out and completed.
Report job status and completions to administration daily.
Communicate any and all discrepancies to management to maintain steady and smooth flow of production.
Maintain and log vehicle maintenance.
Skills/Qualifications:
Because of the different aspects of this position, qualified individuals should possess the following:
Prior experience estimating from blueprints and takeoffs.
Exceptional organization skills.
Ability to use excel and word fluently
Aluminum / window installation or fabrication experience.
Significant knowledge regarding materials involved in all aspects of aluminum and window construction.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Experience operating a forklift.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Self-motivated, reliable and dependable.
Willingness to learn.
Experience in a supervision / leadership role.
Ability to provide detailed record keeping.
Comfortable with technology (ERP, Computer and smart phone literate)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
