I am looking for someone to either windows or pressure washing...or someone to both.
I have a cleaning business and am in need of someone to do window cleaning for my customers in Hillsborough / Polk / Manatee / Pasco counties. I currently have 28 locations to take care of. These locations are small fast food type locations that need window cleaning twice a month, that's 56 cleans per month - 8 days a month of work - $1000 per month.
I am looking for an individual to take care of these locations and someone who wants more work. We are expanding in the Greater Tampa area and need dependable consistent work performed. This work is done in the afternoons or evenings. These locations take about an hour to do, some are small and take less than an hour and a few are larger and would take a little over an hour.

I am also looking for someone to pressure wash these locations. They get done once a month and take about an hour to clean . You need have your own pressure washing equipment , valid drivers license and current auto insurance. There is little customer interaction, but you need to have the ability to communicate with people in a positive manner. The person I have power washing for me in Orlando does over 80 locations a month and we are looking to expand in the same way in Tampa. In regards to pressure washing equipment, you need to have a water tank and commercial grade equipment. The value of the pressure washing is about $1250 per month.
