Strataforce Group is looking to hire a fewappointment setters for our growing travel sales center. Call Center representatives will be responsible for setting current clients up for online webinars about their benefits and additional benefits available to them.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities and Accountability
Understand Client product
Understand how to use rebuttals to overcome customer objections
Setting appointments
Identify and escalate repetitive and continuous service problems in a timely manner
Previous customer service and sales experience
Previous travel agent experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.

Exceptional problem solving techniques
Ability to resolve conflict
Microsoft Office
Multi-tasking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Strong organizational skills
Excellent phone and listening skills
Must be comfortable with a hands on management approach.
