Trade Show Warehouse Coordinator for busy full service exhibit house located in Tampa, Florida. Full time benefited position. This position is responsible for the overall organizational and cleanliness of the warehouse, maintaining of outgoing/incoming trade show exhibit properties, work as a team member to maintain and organize company property inventories.
Essential Job Functions:
Assist in inventory reviews, management and reconciling of all company inventory property & list
Overall organization and cleanliness of warehouse including sweeping and trash removal
Pull & Prep of trade show exhibit configurations from Blue Prints / Set-Up Instructions / Work Orders- rental inventory & customer equipment, graphics, hanging sign, carpet, furniture etc.
Responsible for packing / crating /skidding / furniture wrapping / labeling of all shipments properly
Creating ship list as properties are fabricated maintain existing crate list and any modifications - details important
Monitor, report and Repair minor parts, pieces, crate damage etc. (Yourself or with the help of others - repairs are to be done)
Checking in and unloading of all incoming and out going freight and packages of any kind
Complete all inbound/outbound reports, time sheets, paperwork required of position
Monitor all company equipment including the van, pallet jacks and forklifts for problems and repairs
Maybe called upon to deliver or pickup material or freight as necessary
Assist with client preview before client attends show at ADM2 warehouse
Check back in all returning freight from shows, checking contents for damage and making sure everything has return and is positioned in the proper storage place.
Report all damages to incoming freight to manager
Qualifications & Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Valid Up to Date Drivers License / reliable daily transportation
Two years or more of relevant work experience - In exhibit industry a plus
Ability to pass a drug test at any time at employers discretion

Able to safely and skillfully operate power tools / proficient with hand tools
Able to read and use a measuring tape / can read, write and speak English
Assembly of trade show exhibits from set up instructions capability
Understanding of FedEx and UPS services / common carrier BOLs
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights and sometimes weekends
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs
Able to climb a ladder / not afraid of heights
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Able to safely operate forklift - Certification a plus
Be able to work in variety of temperatures within warehouse (located in Tampa, FL)
