We are looking for a Wiring & Decking Technician to join our trailer production team. In this final stage of assembly, you will be responsible for wiring lights and brakes, installing pressure-treated wood decking, applying touch-up paint as needed, and placing final decals. The ideal candidate is precise, detail-oriented, safety-focused, and comfortable with heavy lifting and using power tools.
Schedule:
4 days per week (Mon–Thu)
10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
30-minute lunch break
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Previous experience in wiring, carpentry, or trailer/automotive assembly preferred (will train the right candidate).
Ability to read and use basic measuring tools accurately.
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours/day.
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable using saws, drills, and other power tools.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and be subject to random drug testing.
