Busy apartment community in need of dependable maintenance technician.
Full time position.
HVAC Certified preferred. High School Graduate or equivalent with 3+ years experience with plumbing, electrical, painting, and general maintenance. Preparing apartments for new tenants.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Must have your own tools.
Will be responsible to maintain grounds and curb appeal of the property at all times.
Will be on call alternating weeks.
