We are looking for an office assistant / sales person to perform a variety of clerical tasks. You will often be the first point of contact for our companies. Duties include taking photos and listing vehicles offered for sale on line, as well as offering support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will assist in coordinating front-desk activities, including assisting the dispatcher and redirecting phone calls. To be successful, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while efficiently completing assignments. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. Basic knowledge of computer / social media marketing is required.
