Drywallers & Carpenters wanted.
We are real estate investors that remodel Our houses thru out
Lakeland
Ocala
Auburndale
New port Richie
Clearwater
Marion county
Polk county
You must supply your own tools, this is a labor only position.We already have a GC to pull our permits. We do complete remodels from ceilings to floors. Applicants must have knowledge and experience in one or All of the following:
Drywall -hangers,framer,finishing and textures( must have your own tools).
Carpenters- framing,subfloors,rotten wood replacement,fascia T-111
Trash outs/demo initial and after job is complete haul away all debris.(MUST HAVE TRAILOR).
Applicants must have reliable transportation. ( a pick up is preferred)Must have references,Must be able to travel to the jobs. Most of our houses are in Polk county and in Marion county.
If you do Drugs,DO NOT APPLY I have zero time to babysit and will not tolerate any of it
Pay is based on experience. We will start you hourly and once you have proven your abilities we will pay you by Piece work at $20-$25 an hourly x estimated time it takes to complete the task. Once the task is completed,you will get paid immediately. In the beginning you will be working along fellow contractors to evaluate your skills. After you have proven yourself you will be doing houses on your own.Its pretty simple, The more you know, the more work you will have.
The applicant must take pride in his work. I cant stress this enough. If you are looking to make some money and then slack off, DO not call me. This is long term, we have been doing this since 1992 and we are only getting busier.
You will be hired as an independent subcontractor. You are responsible for your own taxes. If you are a company payment can be made to that company.
