Helper Qualifications/Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Perform site set-up and clean-up
Clean vehicles, trailers, tools and equipment
Operate manual and mechanical equipment necessary to complete jobs
Use all prescribed safety equipment that is required to safely do the job at hand
Report unsafe acts or conditions to his or her immediate Supervisor or Safety Personnel
Perform routine labor (potholing, equipment set-up, conduit/duct/cable placement, set pedestals) as required
Mix bore bentonite for the machine
Work outdoors in all types of weather
Lift materials that weigh as much as 100 pounds
Responsible for the site set-up and clean-up
Restores and/or landscapes disturbed areas of the jobsite
Job Experience Preferred/ Required
Required:
Travel out of state
Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen
Must have a valid Drivers license
Must be able to withstand exposure to all kinds of weather while completing work assignments, i.e., rain, heat, sun, cold
Must be able to work long hours and overtime during holidays, emergencies, weekends, etc. Subject to call out work
Must be able to pass a background check
